By accessing or using the ComplaKit Quick Assessment tool (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The Service is a free, self-service questionnaire that provides an indicative, automated estimate of your organization's compliance readiness against one or more frameworks (such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, or the EU AI Act) based on the answers you provide.
3. No Professional Advice
The results generated by the Service are for general informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, audit, or compliance advice, and do not guarantee certification or audit outcomes. You should consult a qualified professional before making compliance decisions.
4. Accuracy of Information You Provide
Your results are only as accurate as the answers you provide. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit, and ComplaKit is not liable for decisions made based on results derived from inaccurate or incomplete input.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt it, submitting fraudulent contact information, or attempting to circumvent campaign-token or session restrictions.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its questions, scoring methodology, design, and branding, is owned by ComplaKit and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute the Service without our prior written consent.
7. Third-Party Links
The Service may link to other ComplaKit properties, such as our main platform. We are not responsible for the content or practices of destinations reached via those links once you leave this Service.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
9. Limitation of Liability
